Rey Mysterio Injury Update After SmackDown Match Stoppage

While medical staff were seen checking on Mysterio at ringside, he was eventually assisted backstage during the commercial break. As of right now, WWE has not released an official statement regarding the severity of the injury, but backstage reports suggest the issue may be precautionary and further evaluation will be required to determine whether Mysterio will be cleared for his WrestleMania appearance.

 Team Michael Cole and Wade Barrett reported the incident on air with Cole saying, "Rey doesn't look right, this could be serious."
